Scene 1 – Prologue Dream
Ren stands in the middle of a burning city at night. The flames illuminate towering shadows that stretch unnaturally long. A whisper echoes: “Find the Nexus…”
Scene 2 – Morning Routine
Ren wakes up sweating in his small Tokyo apartment, his alarm blaring. The dream lingers in his mind. He looks at his reflection – for a brief moment, his reflection smiles back while he doesn’t.
Scene 3 – School Corridor
Ren walks through crowded school halls. Students chatter, but their voices sound muffled. Out of the corner of his eye, he sees a shadow darting across the ceiling.
Scene 4 – Rooftop Encounter
On the school rooftop, a girl with glowing golden eyes appears before him. She calls herself Kaida. No one else can see her. She tells Ren: “They’ve already marked you.”
Scene 5 – First Attack
As Ren walks home at dusk, streetlights flicker. A monstrous shadow lunges at him from the walls. He stumbles back in shock as the Shade Hunter reveals itself.
Scene 6 – Kaida’s Power
Kaida appears and pushes Ren aside. She wields a blade made of pure light, clashing with the shadow beast. She tells him he must awaken before it’s too late.
Scene 7 – Ren’s Awakening
Cornered, Ren’s hand glows faintly with strange markings. Instinctively, he strikes forward, releasing a burst of energy that vaporizes part of the shadow.
Scene 8 – Aftermath
Panting, Ren stares at his glowing hand. Kaida looks at him seriously:
“You are the key to the Nexus. But the Hunters won’t stop now.”
Scene 9 – Cliffhanger
The final shot shows dozens of shadowy figures gathering on the rooftops of the city, whispering his name.
“Ren Arata…”
